M&L as Consultants

Here are some examples of consultancy work we have conducted recently:

1. Advising companies on their sales & marketing strategies - we spend time working within companies prior to presenting our recommendations.

2. Creating business presentations - we create PowerPoint presentations to brief and train the necessary personnel on how to present them to best effect. We recently developed a presentation that won a major business competition, (from out of 60 entrants).

3. Interim management - we provide short-terms managers to run departments until full-time replacement managers can be found. We also assist with the recuitment of the new managers.

4. New business/competitive pitching - we work with company teams to help them prepare tender documents and/or face-to-face presentations. 70% of the teams we have worked with have been successful against a probability of 20%. (We usually work on a 'no win = no fee' basis).

We also provide consultancy as a natural by-product of our training activity. So, for example, if a training course throws up a particular issue we will do our level best to solve that problem and make sure that it is implemented properly.
