Management & Leadership
Management & Leadership
We consider that a combination of management and leadership skills are pre-requisite for the senior business person in 2009. Without leadership abilities, the manager struggles to get more than the minimum from staff whilst the leader, bereft of management disciplines, presides over inspirational disorganisation.
We run one or two-day seminars to help people develop their 'manager/leader' abilities, and we consider that our courses are particularly suited to:
- People recently promoted into positions of increased responsibility
- Managers who need to refresh their skills
- Fast-tracked trainees
Course Content - this type of course must be incredibly flexible to suit the needs of your people and business so here are just some suggestions of the kinds of topics we can cover for you.

Our role in a course of this type is to facilitate the seminar to a pre-agreed agenda of contents, steering and coaching only when necessary and capturing the thoughts of the groups via a series of involving brainstorms, team games and projects.
